 What is the best dessert on the face of the earth, Cheesecake. In my opinion there is no other dessert that captures the imagination of dessert eater than cheesecake. As for the one baking the cheesecake there are endless opportunities to make it simple or truly elegant. I have seen cheese cakes that are so beautiful that they were a shame to eat. But then again that would defeat the purpose of this wonderful dessert.
